DNA
The Princeton Lofts are gutsy and full of soul, and a model of innovative adaptive reuse. A 1962 former warehouse for White
Stag skiwear was inventively remodeled as a complex of thirty single and multilevel lofts, each with its own distinctive configuration.
No frills or surface decoration, but a raw sense of honesty in the plain walls, glass blocks, and sandblasted wood joists.
In developing
this property, Western Pacific Land Company built on their 15-year commitment to excellence. They spent money on the things that matter: safety,
quality construction, well-proportioned rooms, and functional planning that will never go out of style.
