VENICE/MDR LIVING: MORE THAN A CITY. A LIFESTYLE
The interior street, gritty details, and surrounding high-rise apartments give Princeton owners the feel of being in a real city, though it’s only a
short walk to the beach, marina and Venice’s picture-pretty canals. Cool breezes are a constant reminder that the Pacific is at their doorstep. The Princeton Lofts are located in
Venice, the most creative community in America. Settled by artists and poets in the 1950s, Venice has become a hub of invention for architects, and the cutting edge of the
entertainment industry. It also has a small-town intimacy, along with some of LA’s best restaurants and Abbott Kinney Boulevard’s specialty boutiques.
To the south is Marina del Rey, with its lively social scene, waterfront cafes and jumping nightspots. LAX and Santa Monica Airport are also a short, 15-minute drive away,
but you are well clear of the flight paths. Gyms were practically invented here, and you can swim, surf, rollerblade or bike along the boardwalk... every day of the year.
